Finding Your Way Out - Jada And David Parrish

Finding Your Way Out

Blog by Jada Parrish | Conceptual Photography | 10/18/22

We are young, pure, and vulnerable. Free of the toxicities and noxiousness embedded in so much of the world. Time is their undefeated ally and they always find a way to penetrate. It takes deep resilience to push back and fight a battle when the odds are stacked against you solely based on hope and the fact that without that it's all pointless. So we battle. We push. We fight. We rebel. Over and over again on repeat until eventually, the dust settles and the enemy retreats, and we are able to find our way out.

This shoot is set 33 from our 100-set project. We designed a set that was a triangle-shaped hole and shot down into it. We used forced perspective striping to exaggerate the effect.
