Things are about to get a intergalactic with set #20! Our collaboration with MIXD Fashion in promotion for the intergalactic spring collection feels like it's out of this world!
On our journey to 100 sets, we have met some amazing creative forces. MIXD Fashion is a one woman show. The designer's name is also Jada (how cool is that!) and she designs and sews each poeice by hand. Talk about talent!
We built a set inspired by the Intergalactic spring collection using shades of neon blue and purple striping using forced perspective to create the illusion that the model, Hannah Grace, is being pulled toward and away from a "black hole."
Through this set we explored the idea of gravity and played with the concept of being pulled in two different directions simultaneously.
Our model, Hannah, fully embraced the concept for the shoot and worked through a series of physically challenging poses to bring the shoot to life.
